Painting
The painting program will cover the evolution and techniques of Greek painting throughout history, covering an extensive library of simple, as well as complex, drawing and painting styles. Beginning with ancient painting we will also cover architectural development and sculpting techniques into the modern era. Some of the representative art forms included are: Geometric, Archaic, Classical, and Hellenistic styles, oil on canvas, wall painting and pottery painting, to mention a few. Special attention will be paid to coloring and materials used.
