Culinary arts

The culinary arts program is a complete overview of the most common Greek cooking techniques and associated food preparationfrom both past and present eras. Through practical examples we will explain how these recipes are formulated with combinations of  the most basic ingredients. The nutritional values of the modern Mediterranean cuisine  will be explained from a Greek cooking perspective and the participants will learn to create their own dishes with a healthy future in mind. This is a course that is not only challenging but the fruits of which can be enjoyed on the spot!
